Exchanges & Returns

We offer:

  • Free exchanges!! Please request within 30 days of receiving your order from weefarers.com - we'll take care of shipping costs both ways :)
  • Returns may be made within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount, if you are not exchanging.

Step 1  Email help@weefarers.com for return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Include:

  • Your name
  • Shipping address
  • Order #(if you cannot find this, we can look up by name/email address)
  • Your choice of refund, exchange, or store credit
  • If exchanging - please indicate the new size (0-1 / 2-3 / 4-6 / 7-12) and/or new color (frame and lens color) desired

Step 2  After receiving an RMA from us:

  • For free exchanges: you will receive a free return shipping label via email.  Be sure to include the RMA and all accessories in your return shipment. 
  • For returns not exchanging: you may request a shipping label which will be deducted from your refunded amount, or you may ship back your product(s) on your own. Be sure to include the RMA and all accessories in your return shipment. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • If a refund is requested, shipping costs, including original shipping costs, will not be refunded.
  • Items may not be exchanged or returned if a replacement item, from the same order, has already been requested under the WeeFarers® Guarantee.
